Water used to dilute enzyme drinks

Enzyme Science Institute Ltd. is the only company in Japan licensed by the Japanese government to produce lactic acid bacteria beverages by type, and they make enzyme beverages by culturing and fermenting live wild yeast bacteria.

Through a connection with Enzyme Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., we received a report that surprising results were obtained when NanoGAS® water was used as the water to dilute their enzyme drinks.

The Institute for Enzyme Science also introduced some of their happy comments on their blog, and we would like to quote some of them.

We simply placed Tomimoto Enzyme solution (300ml), which was about 9 months old, in Synbiosys Hydrogen NanoGAS Water (1700ml) and continued the test for one month, and to our surprise, the yeast bacteria grew.

Enzyme Science is now in its 71st year, and for 70 years we have asked everyone to drink it in one full day when diluted with water or soda water.

However, when Synbiosys’ Hydrogen NanoGAS Water was used, the yeast bacteria were not growing in the water for one month after dilution. You can drink it safely even if you carry it with you at room temperature.
