Currently, as a fermented food instructor, he teaches in Nara, Umeda, Namba, Kobe, Shibuya, Ginza, and other places. As a chef, he has served more than 60,000 people, and as an instructor, he teaches about 10,000 people.<br>In 2018, he was invited to Germany to spread Koji cuisine in Europe.
